By booking through us you will save 20% to 30% off the original price and you will be a VIP guest of a VIP member of the Palace Resorts. You will receive the best service from the employees of Palace Resorts.

Wearing the bracelet means that you are VIP guest of a VIP member and get treated accordingly.

  • If you cancel 2 weeks prior to your trip you will receive all your payment back minus $250
  • If you cancel 1 week prior to your trip you will receive all your payment back minus $500
  • If you cancel 3 days prior to your trip you will receive all your payment back minus $750

Yes, at any of the Palace and Hard Rock Resorts their tap water is very clean and you are able to drink it.

Tipping is optional because you are staying at an all-inclusive resort. Please do keep in mind that $1.00 or $2.00 does help the service that you may be receiving. The employees are there to keep you satisfied so if you tip them they know they are doing a great job and will keep on giving you great service.

NOTHING!!! You are at an all-inclusive resort so you do not have to pay for anything except additional services you may want such as massage, jet skiing, or parasailing. You do have to pay 20% of your Resort Credits used because of tax purpose.

There is a portion of one resort that does not allow children. Part of Maya Hard Rock is adults only. The other half is is very family friendly. The Maya Hard Rock adult only portion is for adults 18 years and older. At all other Palace and Hard Rock resorts children are more than welcome!

Public transportation is safe and easy to use. We encourage you to take a ride on the local bus system. For less than $.70 you’ll get the ride of your life and quickly get almost any place you’d like to go. You can also take a taxi if you would like. We would be happy to give you the name and number of a cabby we have used in Cancun for years. Linderman will take very good care of you, show you the sights, wait while you do some shopping, or even walk with you and help you if your Spanish is not up to par.

Each room has a digital safe that you can keep your personal belongings in. You create your password and use that password to get in and out of the safe as often as you would like.

Half of the payment is due right away when booking.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to you leaving.
